Remote Post-Acute Call Center Advanced Practice Clinician
Description
The call solutions advanced practice clinician (APC) is responsible for driving high-quality, safe and cost-effective care of patients via telephone and telemedicine when applicable. When appropriate, the patient’s symptoms will be telephonically assessed and the call solutions APC will assist in obtaining the appropriate level of care and/or self-care advice.
Our call solutions team has been in place since 2019, and we are adding members to our team due to recent business development and expanding growth plans for our post-acute service line.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years previous post-acute APC experience for consideration. Current NJ and MA license/DEA is required. Apply today!
