Central Coast Home Health, a rapidly expanding and locally owned organization renowned for its commitment to quality care in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties, is seeking full-time and part-time Home Health RNs to become integral members of our team in the Lompoc/Santa Maria regions.
Required Skills: Strong nursing assessment and clinical abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven capability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently. Effective organizational skills and teamwork capabilities. Qualifications: A current RN license in California is mandatory. Previous experience in home health or a related nursing field is preferred. A patient-centered approach with strong clinical competencies.
