Medicare Enrollment Specialist - Part Time

CircleLink Health is looking for a passionate and outgoing Enrollment Specialist to help enroll Medicare patients into a monthly check-in program. In this part time role, you will call eligible patients and encourage them to enroll in Medicare’s Chronic Care Management Program. Our program connects patients to registered nurses who will call them monthly to help them manage chronic diseases and prevent hospital admissions. We are seeking experienced sales & customer service professionals who are looking for flexible/contract work, while making a difference.

Engage with potential clients via phone to explain the Chronic Care Management program. Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary information is completed accurately and timely. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Chronic Care Management program and enrollment procedures. Build rapport and strong relationships with clients over the phone.
