Qualifications:

  1. Nursing Licensure: Active RN or LPN license in good standing. Compact licensure is preferred for multistate practice.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience; telehealth or remote care experience is a plus but not required.
  3. Technology Skills: Proficiency with telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and basic troubleshooting for remote work setups.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect effectively with patients virtually.
  5. Workspace: A quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  6. Certifications: Specialty certifications (e.g., TNCC, CCM, or CPN) may be required for specific roles.
  7. Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, depending on employer needs.
