Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Home Health/ALF Full Time

We are seeking a Full time IV-Certified LPN to do Assisted Living Facility visits as well as some home visits in Pinellas County. Start time may be between 6:30-7:00am for insulin injections at the ALFs.

As a Home Health Nurse for Pinnacle Home Care, you will travel to a patient’s home to administer services and provide a variety of tasks during patient visits depending on the specific plan of care and type of patient. Some tasks include: Providing skilled nursing care under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN) Perform selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, palliative, or preventative nursing care. Responsible and accountable for making decisions that are based on the individual’s nursing experience and educational preparation. Timely completion of patient documentation
