Required Skills (non-negotiables): Previous HEDIS Abstraction Experience Ability to maintain a high volume of abstractions Must be proficient in computers and conducting most/all work activities on computer only Preferred Skills (nice to have): Previous overread experience Ability to read and navigate clinical medical records in looking for specifically sought information Software Skills Required: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Adobe experience People are on your team Junior, Mid or Senior Level: 1 Program Manager 7 Internal FTE Over readers 19 Contingent Reviewers

This position will be in support of the HEDIS Medical Record Review (MRR) cycle. The individuals will work directly with HEDIS MRR Program Manager and other medical record reviewers to review medical record. Primary responsibility will be to perform medical record review, & enter findings into abstraction tool (Inovalon QSHR) and to over read Identify chase opportunities from the medical record Coordinate with Program Manager, and administrative staff to manage caseload for teams Communicate with team members to effectively manage project
