Overnight Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP or FNP) (Sunday-Thursday, 9pm-9am ET)

Your North Star: Provide direct patient care on the weekends through chat, phone, and video to Pomelo patients.

Engage in direct pediatric patient care on overnight shifts Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday 9pm-9am ET Assess urgent concerns and proactively triage patients to support appropriate utilization of emergency services Complete documentation of all overnight patient encounters Collaborate with daytime clinical staff to ensure smooth transition of care for patients who contacted us overnight Represent the Pomelo practice in a warm and professional manner Demonstrate humility, accountability, and initiative internally as well as in patient interactions
