Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join us as a consultant for one of our healthcare-focused projects. The role requires a commitment of one-two hours per day for 6-8 weeks contract, offering support with medical terminology, clinical documentation, and healthcare procedures. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in clinical documentation, with hands-on experience in operating rooms and procedure rooms. Role: - Registered Nurse (Consultant)- SME Duration: 6-8 Weeks (Contractual) Location: Remote Work

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure. Hands-on experience in EPIC systems and clinical documentation. Experience working in OR, procedure rooms, or relevant hospital departments. Familiarity with implants, tissue products, and hospital inventory processes. Knowledge of RFID technology and barcode scanners in clinical environments. Previous experience in IDN or hospitals with larger networks is preferred. Strong understanding of compliance strategies for CMS and other regulatory bodies. Excellent attention to detail, particularly in documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and support on medical terminology, clinical documentation, and procedures. Assist in reviewing and refining clinical documentation, particularly in EPIC systems. Offer insights into operating room (OR) and interventional radiology procedures. Consult on best practices for managing hospital inventory, including the use of implants and tissue products. Help identify challenges in maintaining comprehensive and precise clinical documentation during surgical procedures. Contribute insights into clinical environments such as: Interventional Radiology Cath Lab Catheterization Lab Electrophysiology Children’s Hospital OR Wound Closure
