This is a remote position. *Preferred RPM experience* Preferred Nurses with compact license (allowed to work in multiple states) Especially looking for nurses with licenses in Nevada and Virginia. Review of daily alerts and calling patients to provide patient care.

Monitoring patients: vitals, working Red, Yellow and Orange Alerts. Creating Daily Notes - Advanced Progress Notes and Advanced Encounter Notes Creating Monthly Notes - Progress Notes, Encounter Notes, MPARS and Med Reconciliation. Calling patients to ensure health Signing Notes/Documents Following Care Orders from Clinics Working Alerts: #1 Red, #2 Orange #3 Amber Each alert call will evaluate vital signs by repeating the measurement + review of care coordination. The caller will create two clinical notes per call: 1) Advanced Progress Note and 2) Advanced Encounter Note In the event the patient requires escalation of care according to the care order, the patient will be referred to an RN; Physician notification will be decided here. If physician engagement is required, print the clinical notes and call the provider on file; followed by email/faxing the notes (RN Only) Monthly documents will be worked creating Advanced Progress Notes and Advanced Encounter Notes.
